GTA Online businesses: every property, what it costs and what to buy first in 2026

Updated: 06.11.2026 Author: Alex Rayne
Los Santos at night with skyscrapers, a freeway and a helicopter in the sky in GTA Online

Every GTA Online business in 2026: CEO Office, warehouses, MC Clubhouse, Bunker, Nightclub, Agency, Acid Lab, Money Fronts and Mansions. Prices, what makes money, what you need to get started and the order to buy them in.

In short
  • GTA Online has well over a dozen business types, from the MC Clubhouse (from GTA$200K) to a Mansion (from GTA$11.5M).
  • The CEO Office unlocks warehouses and the MC Clubhouse unlocks biker businesses; without them, those businesses can't be started.
  • The cheapest production business is the Acid Lab: the truck is a mission reward and the equipment costs GTA$750K.
  • 2026 guides recommend the Agency as your first big purchase; it costs from GTA$2,010,000.
  • Prices are base prices from GTA Boss and GTABase; some properties go on sale every Thursday.

How businesses work in GTA Online

Businesses in GTA Online are properties that make money. Some produce goods on their own (the Bunker, the MC labs, the Acid Lab), some unlock missions and heists (the Arcade, the Kosatka, the Agency), and some pay passive income into a safe (the Agency, the Nightclub, Money Fronts). A production business needs supplies, which you either buy or steal in missions, and selling the finished product is a separate mission, sometimes in a public session where other players can get in the way.

Some businesses can't be bought without a "parent" property: Special Cargo and Vehicle Warehouses only work with a CEO Office, and MC businesses only with a Clubhouse. The Nightclub collects goods from your other businesses, so the more of them you own, the more it pays.

What makes the most money

  • Bunker and Cocaine Lockup: by guide estimates, the most profitable passive businesses per hour when fully upgraded.
  • Acid Lab: the best price-to-income ratio for a new player.
  • Nightclub: stockpiles goods without buying supplies; the more businesses you own, the more technicians are worth hiring.
  • Agency: less about passive income and more about access to the Dr. Dre contract (around GTA$900K for the finale) and Imani Tech mods.
  • Money Fronts (the car wash, Smoke on the Water and Higgins Helitours) don't earn much; according to guides, running the car wash lowers the heat on your illegal businesses.
  • The Arcade, Facility, Kosatka and the Mansion with the Art Studio barely earn anything on their own; they are there for heists. See GTA Online heists.

What order to buy businesses in

  1. With no money: the free Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid and KnoWay Out missions, then The First Dose missions, which give you the Acid Lab truck.
  2. Your first GTA$1–2M: Acid Lab equipment (750K) and a High-End Apartment for the original heists.
  3. GTA$2–3M: the Agency (Dr. Dre contract) or the Kosatka (Cayo Perico solo).
  4. Passive income: the Bunker, then an MC Clubhouse with a Cocaine Lockup, then a Nightclub to collect their goods.
  5. CEO Office: when you want warehouses, the Terrorbyte or the Oppressor Mk II.
  6. Mansion and Art Studio (from GTA$16.2M combined): once you have steady income, for The Kortz Center Heist.

Buy the cheapest locations: income depends on upgrades, not the address. The exceptions are the Bunker and the Nightclub, where location decides how far you drive with the product. More tips are in the guide how to make money in GTA Online.

Business discounts this week

Every Thursday Rockstar puts some properties on sale. From November 5 to 11, 2026, the Facility is 40% off, along with its upgrades and modifications, and so are High-End Apartments and the Casino Penthouse (per the Rockstar Newswire). Current discounts are on the GTA Online weekly update page.

GTA Online businesses FAQ

What is the best first business to buy in GTA Online?

For a new player, the Acid Lab (GTA$750K for the equipment, the truck is a mission reward). For a first big purchase, 2026 guides recommend the Agency, which unlocks the Dr. Dre contract.

What is the best GTA Online business for solo players?

The Bunker, the Acid Lab and the Cocaine Lockup produce goods on their own, and the Agency gives you the solo Dr. Dre contract. Sell in a friends-only session so other players can't interfere.

What is the Agency and the VIP Contract?

The Agency is the F. Clinton and Partner office from The Contract update (2021). Its main "VIP Contract" is the Dr. Dre story: several missions and a finale that, after the 2026 changes, pays the host around GTA$900K.

How much is the Auto Shop?

From GTA$1,670,000 to 1,920,000 depending on the location. It unlocks robbery contracts and customer car mod jobs.

What is the Mobile Operations Center?

A mobile command center (a truck) that is stored in the Bunker and gives you a weapon and vehicle workshop. You buy it from Warstock Cache & Carry, and it doesn't work without a Bunker.
