Judging by the showing, tennis is not a minigame, just a racket and a ball. There is no information on golf or boxing in official materials or verified press reports, even though both often show up on fan lists.

Fishing and hunting

The official description of Mount Kalaga names it as a place for hunting, fishing and off-roading. Rob Nelson admitted in his Famitsu interview that fishing is his favorite thing to do in the game. Some of the more than 170 animal species are rare or legendary, so hunting looks set to be closer to Red Dead Redemption 2 than to GTA 5.

The gym and staying in shape

Workouts are a minigame on the L2/R2 triggers. Do three exercises a day for three days in a row and strength and health go up. You can train together, and then both Jason and Lucia make progress. Fast food and beer, on the other hand, show up on Jason's waistline.
